A full-service organization, USA Productions, LLC is flexible and diverse, specializing in a range of events that includes cause and non-cause related triathlons, swims, runs and walks, community fairs and street festivals, athletic championships, speaker presentations, and socials through the United States of America.

USA Productions will provide everything that is required to produce a special event in its entirety, including on-site logistics, public relations, marketing, economic development, media negotiations, sponsorship sales and management, talent buying, administrative support, and event and financial consulting.

USA Productions has been created and legally organized as a California Limited Liability Company based in Pleasanton, CA. The principle investor and operator will be responsible for all event scheduling and overall company decisions.

USA Productions will be managed by Ryan Coelho, an individual with a wide variety of event planning and business management experience, along with a passion for customer satisfaction. Mr. Coelho brings enthusiasm and experience in planning and project management.

With a background of more than two decades of special events experience, the USA Productions team brings a strong understanding and a flourishing track record of media relations, talent buying, crowd control and security, sponsorship sales and many other specialty areas required in event management. In addition to the lengthy event experience, Mr. Coelho also bring a successful track record as a sales executive with extensive experience establishing sales and strategic alliances. He will use his experience to support USA Productions in its logistical planning, marketing, financial planning, sales, and site negotiations.
